Hi guys,
I need a help to solve a problem, so I have a Ubuntu Server 16.04 attached to FreeNAS-11.0-U2 and frequently my ISCSI share down. The server log file in kern.log show this message:

I run fsck.ext4 and format the partition many times, I delete and create the ZVOL two times and the error persist! It`s a bug on this FreeNAS version? Misconfiguration on my ZVOL settings?
