Looking to build a FC storage array using server hardware.
I would like to use the newer 8TB SAS drives, probably 8-bay or 12-bay.
Ive had trouble in the past with HP servers, specifically the older "SE" and newer "Gen8" where they won't recognize the drives or recognize them but not as HP genuine and reject them.
Is there any proven builds similar to this I could use as a baseline?
