log messages - need help

I am a former Nexenta user and decided to try FreeNAS. I am running FreeNAS-8.0.3-RELEASE-p1-x64 (9591). My NAS appears to be working correctly. No errors I can detect in stored files, and no indication of a problem from the GUI. My concern is why these errors are being produced. I have read similar posts that have suggested ignoring them but want to make sure I am doing the right thing. The GUI Interface (Alert button) reports no errors with ZFS. This is a production environment. Any help is greatly appreciated!
