issues with 8.2 upgrade

I am having issues after upgrading to 8.2 from 8.0. After a few hours my NFS and AFP shares will not show up on my iMac or MacBook. Also, I can't access the web GUI from the iMac, but can from the MacBook, then it will come back on the iMac. The iMac is Lion and MacBook Snow Leopard. I have installed Freenas on the Intel SS-4200e with a 4 GB USB thumb drive. 8.0 runs very smooth with very few issues (maybe none!).
