is this good performance for my system?

4 WD Red 2TB HDDs in zfs raidz1
Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G2030 @ 3.00GHz
32GB DDR3 ECC Memory
SuperMicro X9SCM-IIF-B Board
IBM Serveraid M1015 SAS/SATA Controller

Sounds very good in fact, for that CPU.

Also, your system seems mega-over-provisioned for such a small pool. 8GB of RAM is more than enough for 4x2TB reds. You must be ready for massive scaling :)

Its a 2U 8 bay case, plan is to eventually increase the pool to 8x 2TB WD Red's :)

I also have a crap ton of plugins running on it.
