How to upgrade plugins?

I have FreeNAS 9.2 and I have Transmission 2.82 installed.
The list of available plugins shows Transmission 2.84_2

I would like to upgrade my version of Transmission. However, I can't figure out how to do it.

The user's guide says:
"If a newer version of a FreeNAS® PBI becomes available in the official repository, an "Update" button will be added to the entry of the PBI in the "Installed" tab."

However, when I go to the "Installed" tab, the only option for my Transmission plugin is "Delete". There is no "Update" button. I have looked both with the service turned off and turned on, and the "Update" button is never shown. Have I done something wrong here?

It's possible that this is a bug in the 9.2.x series which may or may not have been fixed in 9.3...

A possible (and safe) workaround is to install the new version as another plugin, point your existing storage to it, check that everything is working the way you want, then deleting the old installation.
