I've got a new server(Huawei RH2288 with LSI 3108 raid,the bios has been updated to most recently),and trying to install freenas for UEFI mode on an nvme ssd ,as some forum search suggests I should boot the installation media in UEFI mode:

but I tried Win32diskImager and Rufus,none of them work,the machine just don't recognize the usb stick bootable, and with rufus ,I don't even see the "ISO DD" option. any suggestion or guidelines??thx in advance!
Update: Yumi is also not bootable..
