Well you can always put that Seasonic back in once it comes back from the RMA process. I prefer Seasonic to CoolerMaster but I know you were just dealing with a local distributor to get your system up and running again. But you know, if you can live with it and it works....
The Seasonic will get back in place ;)
An ATX PSU doesn't fit at all in my 3U chassis.

My main server still running good : 6 days of uptime now (I had to reboot for the last update) :D
I'm waiting for the Seasonic RMA return.

So it was the power supply all along. We should all remember this thread for the next time someone has a reboot issue and they say that it can't be the power supply.

My Seasonic PSU came back from RMA.
In fact they send me a brand new.

It's now back in place after 1h of burn test :)

Yea, it's likely cheaper to ship a new unit than repair a failed unit. The cost of a few man hours of labor to repair it is likely more expensive than the manufacturing of the item itself. My company repairs their equipment just about every time, but then again, one of our modules typically cost about $20K.

FYI: You can disable ipmi watchdog manually running
# ipmitool mc watchdog off

But it's better to disable it using FreeNAS GUI in System/Tunables option:
Add TUnable with values:
variable: watchdogd_enable
value: NO
type: rc.conf
commnet: Disables IPMI Watchdog
enabled: true
