How are your pools configured? Please post the output of zpool status.

While you are getting the pool layout, also give us a full rundown of the hardware you are using.

Well, you already have some data corruption on your media pool, and that may prevent doing the disk replacement--if your data is of any value to you, you really need to set up a pool with redundancy. But be that as it may, by far the easiest thing to do is what @garm suggested--replace the disk through the GUI. Power down the system, plug in the new disk (don't remove the old one yet), and reboot. Go to Storage in the GUI, click the Media volume, click Volume Status (the button at the bottom that looks like a sheet of notebook paper). Select the one disk that's part of the pool and click Replace Disk at the bottom. In the window that pops up, select your new disk from the drop-down, and click Replace. Wait for the resilver to complete, and cross your fingers.

That's looking good. Once the resilver completes, the old disk will be taken offline automatically. At a convenient time, you can down the server and remove it.

The damaged files can't be fixed. You might want to consider deleting them and getting replacement versions.
It is pretty easy to add mirror drives to the single drive pools that you have. That should give you some protection from faults like this in the future.

You also have two 3GB disks with plenty of free space - any reason they were not setup as mirrors to begin with?
