I've been looking through the docs trying to find an answer, Can I upgrade both my nodes without re-doing replication?

If so what order? I assume source first destination second?

the two servers in question:
fs01 (200TB) - Dell R510 Server - 24core / 64GB RAM / 10GBe / 1x SC847J Chassis / LSI9300-8E HBA / 2x200GB SSD zil / 2x512GB SSD l2arc
fs02 (200TB) - Dell R510 Server - 24core / 64GB RAM / 10GBe / 1x SC847J Chassis / LSI9300-8E HBA / 2x200GB SSD zil / 2x512GB SSD l2arc

Both running FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201605170422

AFAIK you can and order shouldn't matter.

Would be interested in hearing how it went.

It's not something where I can "see how it goes" unfortunately because I might end up having to re-replicate 200TB of data. I had bad replication problems in earlier FreeNAS versions and had to do that far too often, takes a couple weeks and during that time we're at risk.

Lucky for me I have a spare FreeNAS box so I might just utilize somehow as a 'swing server'.
