Hi! I'm newby on freenas and have couple of questions

At first - I don't see all my disks in user interface. Why - is it some limitations of storage/disks size?
I have 2x 320GB disk, 1x 400gb disk and 2x 500gb disks. Why I see in UI only the two of mine 320gb disks and no else?
In computer BIOS I see all disks, but in FreeNAS UI I can see only two 320GB disks.
Why? Some size limitations?

MB: A-S78H with 6 port SATA and RAID possibility.
SATA ports set in BIOS like a Native IDE
I tryed to set like AHCI, Legacy IDE but disks over 320gb it not shown in disks list.
What I do/did wrong?

Not in your case.

Please post output for command @DrKK has asked. He for sure will be able to help you.

One thing concerns me:

RAID possibility.

Please make sure you are not setting up any hardware RAID and let ZFS manager your volumes.

It appears to be an ancient (10 year old?) desktop motherboard - http://www.pc-specs.com/mobo/Abit/Abit_A-S78H/2849

It uses DDR2 memory with 8GB max.

@hashi, you'd be better served by newer hardware. Current versions of FreeNAS might not support your hardware. See the hardware recommendations: https://forums.freenas.org/index.php?resources/hardware-recommendations-guide.12/
