Help installing vm

My problem regards virtual machines on freenas... how can I install one? I have several iso of windows xp, windows 10 and windows server

When I select uefi CSM the system hangs at installation (I can see it using vnc)

If i do select simple uefi I can't log in using vnc so I do not know what happen

How can I solve that? How can I control the installation in uefi-csm mode?
Is it possible to boot a virtual machine installation using a usb pen drive install?

Type exit and hit enter, then enter again on the next screen, and assuming you've mounted the .iso file as a CDROM drive your OS boot/install process should start.

Thanks for replying! In Uefi-csm how can i connect to the vm? can't use vnc!

You don't need UEFI CSM (that's only for OSes that install over serial/text interface)
