Help adding PositiveSSL certificate from namecheap

Hi all,

Can anyone give me steps or a little guide on how to add my PositiveSSL certificate that I purchased from namecheap?

I don't get what tab to use (CAs or Certificate tab) in freenas. Also, not sure how to get the "csr" to enter it in namecheap to continue the process, and what web server I should select.

Luigi, you need to get a certificate signing request ("CSR"), so in FreeNAS, go to Certificates, then "Create Certificate Signing Request." The information you fill out there will be transformed into a CSR that you must then cut and paste in the box provided by Namecheap. They will then ponder it over and maybe issue you a certificate, which you then cut and paste back to your FreeNAS box.
