HDD and Network Led on a VIA VX800 Chipset

Hello Community,

I am using a VIA Barebone (http://www.via.com.tw/en/products/embedded/artigo/a2000/) employing a VIA C7-D CPU and a VIA VX800 Chipset together with FN8.0.3. I've noticed that the front panel leds for HDD active and LAN active doesn't show any activities. So now I want to know what is the reason. I don't even know if software or hardware is responsible for this led-darkness. Could the problem be located in the chipset initialisation?

solved:HDD and Network Led on a VIA VX800 Chipset

Hello,
found the Problem. It was a hardware failure of the Led cablind (GND Connection). Everything works fine now.
