Installed Freenas as directed by help vids

If the vids directed you to install FreeNAS with a RAID controller, please remove the links from those vids from your book mark.

I do have FreeNAS running on a DL 380e Gen 8 and works fine, but:

- Get an adapter to replace the cdrom with an ssd to be used for boot
- Get a LSI HBA in IT mode and install it on a open PCI slot
- Connect the HBA to the back plane (I needed longer cables)
- Install FreeNAS on your SSD
- Change BIOS to boot from the SSD
- Boot and configure the pool/shares/etc

I did noticed that iLo showed three of the fans running at 43% after my changes to the blade, so a little noisier than the original setup.

Good luck.
