Hard Drive Faulting

Hi ALL,
My recent build consist of:
M/B: Supermicro X11SPH-nCTF
Chassis: Supermicro SC846BE1C-R1K23B
CPU: Intel® Xeon® Silver 4114 Processor
Memory: Samsung M393A4K40BB2-CTD 64GB
HD: 7x10TB ST10000VN0004 - Raidz3.
Will expand with another VDEV once current issues are resolved.

Hard Drive Burn-in Testing
The hard drives were burned-in without issues.
The system is mainly used as a Plex media center.
I've had to replace two hard drives over the last week and another is showing as Faulted today.
I restarted the server and the drive is no longer Faulted.
No Tuning was done to the system.
Please advise what needs to be done.

Are you running smart checks? Have you checked the cables?

Also what version of FreeNAS and are there any CAM status errors on the console?

Yes.
The cable is securely fastened. It's a Mini SAS cable from the chassis backplane to the motherboard.

Reseat the drives and cables anyway. Run a long smart test on your drives and see what comes back.
