Getting connection refused reinstalled app

Hi every one,

I just build my truenas like 2 to 3 weeks ago.
It is working fine after I notice some problem with my psu.

My build is quit modest:
-Ryzen-5 5600g
-32G-RAM
-2xhdd 8t in mirror
-1x ssd m2 500g foor boot.
-motherbord is a Asus PRIME B550M-K
-nic is INTEL 82576-T2

after adjusting everything finally, with apps running suddenly they vanish, all my data is there but not my app's.

by googleing I figure out how to delete the app folder ass I could not start the app pool any more and install any thing, but now when I install a new app I get connection refuse.

I think that Truenas is still saving the port 9999 for the old app , how can i reset that port so i can reuse it again ?

Its really nowhere to find how to fix this.
Are you telling me i need to reinstall the system from scratch?

when I search the internet there are saying that is really easy to reinstall, you don't loos your data but if the data of the app of what is locking the port giving me the refused is in the pool how can I remove it without doing a pool delete?

So looks like I am the first one with this problem and I cant find a way to fix it ore a point to go....

I found where to look for log, and i find this:

I need to say that it head work without any problem suddenly i wake up in the morning and all my apps where gone and could not install them.
could not find anything about that nider, so I try myself and was able to delete the app folder and and start over again but then this happens.
so now i can install but they don't go farther.

I try just now with clamav that works it start and run but sonarr deluged bazarr they dont work.

Got up just now and the two als i instal to test that was working, clamav and steamheadles are gone...
Dataset also gone...
My pool looks to be there.

I think reboot may help, I will try it bot Why is this happening?

The system is not restarting from wui....

Then I thought to try something, again I didn't do this at my first install and it works for two weeks, anyway I installed the app the have problem but this time I give him a real user not the default 568, and again like magic trick it's working.


I still asking why did he works for two weeks with 568 and after he needs his own User???

I edit this post, because i suddenly get this message on the tread: You have insufficient privileges to reply here.

This problem never got away and always come back not fast but it come's like in 4 weeks or 6 weeks again.
in the and it finale destroy the pool again and this time for good.

Also seems that i am only one having this problem, if there is some other pouple with this problem, hope there will be a solution for this, I didnot find it.
