Gentoo in jail shm problem

Hello ,i have a problem with gentoo in jail ,when i try to update portage (emerge portage) i get an error message with shm permission " Please ensure that /dev/shm is mounted as a tmpfs with mode 1777"
is there some option ,how can i define fstab manually ?
