My colleague to whom I gave access to my FTP server so that we can work collaboratively on very large files is running into difficulty.
All connections, username and password are working flawlessly; however, ftp directory contents are not being displayed. On my end when accessing the ftp server via a VPN using the same username and password provided, everything works fine and directory contents are displayed.
So, I asked my colleague to provide her connection logs (Cyberduck). See below. Directory navigation is possible but the directory appears empty. When verifying the directory via the Shell, one realizes that it is not empty and the contents are masked/hidden when she connects to the ftp server.
Any help or insight on this issue would greatly be appreciated.
