FreeNAS crashing, end to end error

I have been using FreeNAS for a few months and it has been working great. In the past few weeks, the system has started to crash periodically and the console is showing different errors, several of which say "End to End Error". Based on other posts I have found, it seems that the problem with this type of error can sometimes be identified by using smartctl. I really don't know what the output means, but I will paste the output I got when running smartctl on the two drives below. I am concerned that I might need to replace these drives, but I don't want to do that unless that is necessary. If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate it.
