The plugin was running fine until few weeks ago. The page always show "no entry has been found" regardless how many times I restart my server.

My freenas box specification as below,

Build: FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201503270027
Platform: AMD Athlon(tm) II Neo N36L Dual-Core Processo
Memory: 16GB
Raid: 5x3TB RaidZ1

I can resolve download.freenas.org but cannot ping to it.

[root@nas ~]# ping download.freenas.org
PING download.freenas.org (64.62.136.38): 56 data bytes

My router not blocking ping as I can ping google.com from my freenas box.

[root@nas ~]# ping google.com
PING google.com (173.194.120.110): 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 173.194.120.110: icmp_seq=0 ttl=57 time=4.492 ms
64 bytes from 173.194.120.110: icmp_seq=1 ttl=57 time=34.417 ms

I had downloaded the debug file, but not sure which file should I upload.

I can't ping it either. I think the server just doesn't respond to pings.

Can you fetch the repo file?
Code:
fetch "http://download.freenas.org/plugins/9/x64/pbi-meta/pbi-repo.rpo"

Do you have that under Plugins > Configuration?

I tried to update and reboot, but it still won't help. I think the last resort is to reinstall again.
