Fitting another drive into a full case

I had 8 drives in my case, and recently doubled this to 16.

This filled all 3 cages, and my only hot swap bay, ideally my hot swap bay should be available, but I couldn't find space in the case for a drive.

This strange mount works

Can't quite tell from the picture how the drives are mounted.

Any overheating problems?

It hangs above the motherboard and is secured like a PCIe card. if you really want I could get a better photo?

Been in 3 days and no high temp Email, however it is the middle Winter

Yes

Short tests on the 4th and 18th, long tests 11th and 25th of the month (also two scrubs a month on each volume)
