Error upgrading 10.04 Corral to 11.RC

I try update my FreeNAS Corral 10.04 to 11.RC2 and another try with 11.RC3 and both ending with this error when I restart FreeNAS.

I have a FreeNAS installed in Vmware ESX 6.5 with 2 volumes, one start volume with 32 Gb and one volume with 5 Tb, and 8 Gb RAM assigned and 2 CPUs.

Yes, yes... I know that it is not a perfect install but I need ESX to test and develop and only have one server to test :-(

How did you upgrade?
