Hello guys,

I created a 4T dataset to use in a debian as hdd backup. I have open-iscsi installed on debian and working correctly, but after logging in (iscsiadm -m node --targetname...), I can not see the 4T dataset (/dev/sdc).

Debian dmesg shows:

Code:

Similar to this. Can you try a, say, 2TB LUN?

Hello Artion,

Thanks for the answer!

Below are configurations with 2TB.

The Extent Type is via File.

The same errors occurred. :(

Just to exclude some causes, have you tried to connect to the target from another pc, maybe a Windows one?

After I create the partition via windows and format, I accessed debian and I was able to see the partition. Now everything working properly.
