dns dynamic update period in milliseconds?

hi,
is this right : "update period in milliseconds"??? as it is said in the documentation?
or simply in seconds????

thanks for the answer. Yes to me also it looks much too small, but it is. So I change te set that to 1800 000 ms that is every 30 mn which is I suppose sufficient.
Also notice that for the forced update it is in seconds! (why again?) so I set to 43200 s that is every 12 hours ....

After having put 1800000 ms I could not connect to freenas anymore !....
Fortunatly I have a cam IP which send me mails if there is an alarm. In the mail I can get my public IP. With my public IP I COULD connect to freenas. After coming back to 1800 ms(???) it was OK after approximatly half an hour. SO may be the parameter is IN SECONDS and not in milliseconds? Who knows?
