deluge-pip no matter what I tried I cant use deluge windows client to access to the server

Hi friends,

I have set up deluge-pip and is running well with web-gui through port 8112. It is running fine. working well downloading and uploading and such. However my effort on making it able to access from windows client is totally in vain.
The jail is running in DHCP mode
So far what I have done:
adding every configuration that should be relevance in /usr/home/deluge/.config/deluge
adding user in auth deluge:password:10
editing core.conf "allow_remote": true, "daemon_port": 58846,
try reenable deluged and make sure it is not web ui only server is running

enable ssh so I can access jail through my ssh client
try to disable every firewall that might appear
try to search for answer from every corner of google

My ssh client can access the jail fine. Still there is no chance that my deluge window client will be able to access to deluged at all. I tried forward port 58846 to internet. tried changing port from 58846. I tried everything that my knowledge is able me to.

I tried everything before asking already. May someone help me with this case?

Thank you for your reply. Enable allow_raw_sockets as you suggested and it still not working
