Debian 7.1: Jail won't start apache

After setting up that jail and fixing the upgrade issue mentioned here I installed a LAMP. Prob is Apache won't start and keep's telling:

aunty google doesn't spit out a single link that seems to help, hope one of you has a hint for me?

Are you trying to start Apache on port 80? If so, do you get the same error if you try to start it on a different port?
