CRS317-1G-16S+ 10G Port Bonding Not Working

Hello,
I'm using CRS317-1G-16S +.

I have Xl710-QDA2 40GBE on my main server and I enter the microtic switch as 40GBe 4X10G with AOC.

These ports say no connection when auto-negotiation is active, but does not work when I turn off auto-negotiation and select 10GBPS. It works if I choose 1GBPS. How can I solve this problem?,
