Critical Alert

When I first installed my freeNAS 9.3, i didn't have any "alerts", but after I did the update for the first time it gave me this:

• CRITICAL: Device: /dev/ada2, 938 Currently unreadable (pending) sectors
• CRITICAL: Device: /dev/ada2, 762 Offline uncorrectable sectors

Suggestions on how to proceed please?

Most likely /dev/ada2 is dead or dying and needs to be replaced.

Did you search the forums? Those lines are clearly indicators of a disk that is failing and needs to be replaced...
