Although ive been running truenas for years now. I still see myself as a beginner.
Mainly because I dont like to mess around and experiment with it because im afraid to loose my files.
I notice that my CPU almost never crosses the 5% usage line, so I was thinking of giving it a bit more work.
I was thinking of transcoding some files on a schedule with Tdarr.
These are my specs:
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2630L v3 @ 1.80GHz
47.8GB mem
No Graphics cards.
Is this a good idea? or should I let my windows system that does have a large graphics card do this task instead?
