Connection issues with FreeNAS GUI on a managment subnet and then accessed from the LAN subnet

Hi all, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I have a management subset 10.16.10.0/24 which has vSphere/ESXi, ups, idrac, etc and I can access everything through the 192.168.10.0/24 sub net with out any issues. FreeNAS on the other hand will not work properly. pfSense keeps blocking some traffic from 192.168.10.0/24 to 10.16.10.0/24 so I put specific rule in place and this fixed that problem but now traffic is being blocked in the other direction 10.16.10.0/24 to 192.168.10.0/24. Every other web app works just not FreeNAS, ssh is also dropping connection. I can't for the life of me work out whats wrong. Below are the protocols that are being blocked.

Any help would be appreciated
