I do have rsync working without issue between my Bluefin and my Cobia systems. I think IMO that there are some issues between how Bluefin and earlier handles things and how Cobia handles things. There is a procedure to make the two work together in the documentation, but at the time I was not able to try the fix and now as I used rsync, I have to stick with that.

As I was about to run my quarterly replication tasks today, all tasks error-ed out. Looking up the issue, I found this thread. Same issue as the OP described. Both my systems are on 23.10.2. I had to rollback the cold backup server to 23.10.1 in order to at least use push replication from the main system. I don't want to rollback the main system to an older version for pull replication to work. I'm hoping this'll get fixed with the next update.
