SOLVED Can't open jail wizard

Hi,
Long time user of freenas, my i have installed my machine several time, recently updated to FreeNAS-11.2-U2.1.
This machine is used as samba server, and plex.

For some reason the plex plugin was not updateable. So I have managed to install a new install of plex plug-in.
After settings, the new plex's jails didn't start

Stopped plex_2 due to VNET failure

After few changes, the freenas became unstable, and did reboot after random actions in the GUI.
Then the jail wizard became unavailable.
I have removed the 2nd plex jail using command line.

Despite this, it is possible to install the plugin again.
As jail wizard is still not available, I can't mount media.

Before rebuild the whole system, I'm wondering if I can fix this?
Is there some log I can check?

Follow-up: I have created plex_2 mount points directly by editing the fstab file of the jail. The plex_2 plugin is fully functional. The jail wizard was still unavailable at that time.
And this morning the I can access to jail wizard.
So this case is solved by accident.
