can't install plex after changing the harddisk

dear all
I upgraded the hard I use to store my media on and it also hosted the jail for plex
after that plex was off and wouldn't turn on
I tried to reinstall plex but it wasn't in installed plugins
tried to reinstall it again it gives me this error

I am on freenas 11 release
