Hi there

We recently installed a TrueNas 13 system on premises. Everything on prem is working fine.
We have other version of TrueNas/FreeNas going back to V11.

We have a few windows servers running in AWS but they can't connect back to the TrueNas 13 storage.
We on a direct connect to AWS.
All the permissions, ACL's and routing are all the same to all our other storage, all the storage is in the same subnet.
Pinging works from both the storage and the server side.
We've checked everything we can but we can't see any issues other than there be something with missing on the TrueNas13 storage.

Could anyone help or has anyone has a similar experience?

Could it be an SSH issue related to this?

N/AN/ATrueNAS 12 cannot replicate to or from TrueNAS 13By default, TrueNAS 12 cannot initiate a replication to or from TrueNAS 13 due to an outdated SSH client library. Allowing replication to or from TrueNAS 13 to TrueNAS 12 requires allowing ssh.rsa algorithms. See OpenSSH 8.2 Release for security considerations. Log into the TrueNAS 13 system and go to Services->SSH. Add the SSH Auxiliary Parameter: PubkeyAcceptedAlgorithms +ssh-rsa.N/A

That's what we thought is was but we manage to resolve that going to other storage.
Turns out i missed a firewall rule.
All working now.
