Can I replace 2 drives at once if they are not in the same array?

Hi there!

I have two drives that are currently failing, one drive in the array #3 and one drive in the array #2. Can I replace/resilver them at the same time? Based on what I know, I believe I could do it but I'd like to have input from other experts out there.

since they are different arrays i dont see any reason there should be any problems with that
