boot failure

Hi all, i have problem with boot in my pc, I am sending video and my hardware spec, if somebody know please where could be the problem I will be much grateful. sorry to my English.

PS:i tried to download the iso file many times both version but with same results.

use other CD-Reader, you actual CD is detected as SCSI.

CD-Reader are cheap, no more of 10$ so please buy this time one compatible.
