Best RTS & Bi-directional sync

Hi Guys,
I've been looking around for a while to find a good sync solution thats real time, bi-directional and usable on windows.
I've Found Syncovery and MirrorFolder but not sure if either are that good has anybody had any luck with any of these.
Even better if anybody has a solution that worked for them please let me know.

One option if you are trying to sync a workstation with a network share is to use "offline files" http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/understanding-offline-files#1TC=windows-vista

This is not a true backup, but it works pretty well for what it is.
