Are you still running without sync on? What SSD are you using as an SLOG?

That would be hilarious. Data paranoid but running with sync=disabled. That's a contradiction of the century.

Can I ask how you managed to get 10gbe out of that x9srh-tf mobo?

Currently having an issue with it only able to be 1gbe in the current freenas and nas4free builds

We have Supermicro boards with the X540, was auto configured for 10gbe with fresh 9.2.1.7 .
