Backup FreeNAS

Hello,

I am using FreeNAS 9.10 Stable operating system. I want to transfer files from the operating system that I use to the QNAP device. How can I do it?

I tried to try it with rsync. I tried to try with USB failed. Can you help me?

Rsync is probably your best choice if the QNAP has an rsync server.

An alternative would be to simply mount the FreeNAS and the QNAP shares on a PC and copy the data across that way,
