Backup emails from Gmail to TrueNas

Hello everyone!
After many searches on google, I did not find anything to help me and I ask your help to find a solution to back up emails from gmail on truenas and to have access to all those emails, possibly through a mail client, locally.

I use TrueNAS-12.0-U2.1

Haven't had to do it for years, but something like:

1: create a jail and map a dataset in to store the mails
2: inside jail: "pkg install imapsync"
3: read manual for imapsync and deploy it
4: enjoy
