Does anyone know where I can find/get/install the driver for an ATTO UL5D LP (HP AH627-60001) Ultra320 SCSI HBA controller.

pciconf -lv shows the following for the controller:

none8@pci0:2:4:1: class=0x010000 card=0x802f117c chip=0x0030117c rev=0x08hdr=0x00
vendor = 'ATTO Technology, Inc.'
device = 'Ultra320 SCSI Host Adapter'
class = mass storage

Thank you.

I hope it helps. Atto cd from september 2007 - drivers for expressPCI Host Adapters:
https-colon-//we.tl/t-s1En8o2T10

mirror link: https-colon-//www.mediafire.com/file/2ss1ov992ju2flj/ATTO.iso

[mod note: The URL's above have been defanged and I do not recommend downloading unknown contents from dodgy websites. The drivers are almost certainly not for FreeBSD or Linux. I do appreciate the spirit of helpfulness exhibited by @chewieb however. --JG]

TrueNAS doesn't support installing drivers for random devices, and generally speaking, any devices for which the free software community can develop a good driver for already has one. If it isn't already there, you're probably out of luck.

Why do you want to run parallel SCSI anything? Says the guy who'll soon have to get a tape library for LTO-3 tapes to work to dump a bunch of old tapes, but I digress...

To retrieve old data from old devices, perhaps something more period-correct would provide a better experience.
To use in production... don't bother.
