9.10.2-U2 Includes Samba 4.5.5 which breaks auth in Windows 7.

Can't connect to shares as the login/passwd is denied. Rollback to 9.10.2-U1 and it works fine.

On U2, as a test (and because it was suggested by the Samba folks (which are aware of the problem) I tried setting Local Policies->Security->Network Security: LAN Manager authentication level->"LM and NTLM – use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated", but it didn't work. Also set my MIN/MAX Protocol to SMB2/SMB2_10, but no change.

THIS might me the same issue. It looks as though this a fix for this problem.

K, will mod the policy to 'Send NTLMv2 response only-refuse LM and NTLM' and report back.
