DNS test fails trying to install plugin - resolv.conf error
Hi, I have a problem instlalling plugins in FreeNAS 11.2. When I try and use the GUI to install a plugin I get the error message "[EFAULT] Exception: CallError:[EFAULT] pkg.cdn.trueos.org could not be reached via DNS, check your network occured, destroyed plex. /etc/resolve.conf resets itself to its own IP
Was recently having DNS issues where nothing could be resolved from the freenas shell. Took a look at the /etc/resolve.conf and this is what shows: root@freenas:~ # cat /etc/resolv.conf # Generated by resolvconf nameserver 192.168.86.2 This seemed odd to me seeing that in the UI it shows: So...- gallyjh
