this is weird or I missed something in the IT world.
The console was blocked by a series of "^[OS". No problem accessing SSH or via the Web. Maybe it's just a hardware problem with the USB keyboard, but I don't understand what happened. It certainly wasn't the cat that sometimes crosses that room and tries to access the NAS.

Could someone kindly interpret that input?

Thanks a lot!

Looks like a stuck key. Have you tried a different keyboard?

Once you get a different keyboard, pressing enter should get the menu back.

It seems an ESCAPE sequence + something else (that "OS" part after "^[").

AAAHHH... it's ESC+F4!!! With ESC key always pressed.

But it didn't come from a direct input or stuck key... I think it's coming from that (bad) HTML5 virtual keyboard on the IPMI. So maybe it was a virtual stuck keyboard sequence! Maybe it's my fault because I'm on Safari, ITA kbd and so on : - )

I have not had good times with the HTML5 console, so I still use the Java console and it is usually enough to get to where I can connect by SSH or to the FreeNAS web GUI.
