Yes, I just tried it and you can. I never thought to try it that way before - once again you are a mine of the greatest experience! Thank you!!

So, OP, copy your chosen .db file to your desktop and import it through the GUI's config restore function. I use WinSCP for such a copy exercise and I recommend it to you to download, install and use for that purpose.
