Just installed freenas on but I got a message " no configured interfaces were found".

I´ve got a permanent IP and its connected to a router. From the router a 10-ports swich is connected and and the freenas computer is connected to one of these ports. What IP shall I use when I manually configure freenas?

My first guess(based on 99% of users that have that message) is that your NIC isn't compatible with FreeNAS or your network cable is unplugged. Try an Intel NIC(they're $20USD on ebay).

That's not such a bad thing around here, since FreeNAS isn't Linux....
