Upgrade Pool; Fix Plugins in 11.2

I wasn't completely sure whether to post this here or under plugins, it's more relevant to updates so let's try it out. I recently updated my server to FreeNAS-11.2-U2.1 and after a lot of troubleshooting and rebooting later I finally got it all up and "Stable" (We'll see). I read somewhere Plex supports hardware acceleration or something like that with 11.2 so I went to the plugins tab but nothing was there. My plugins don't show up in the new GUI. My question now is do I have to upgrade my pools in order for my plugins to show up to edit them, or do I need to start from scratch with my plugin/jail setup in 11.2? Another question I have is, should I upgrade my pools or just leave them until there's a better release of 11.2?

Which version did you upgrade from? If it was from the 11.1 series, have you read the Updating Existing Jails or Plugins in https://www.ixsystems.com/blog/library/freenas-11-2-release/?

Also, have you read https://www.ixsystems.com/documentation/freenas/11.2/install.html#upgrading-a-zfs-pool and https://github.com/freenas/freenas-docs/pull/719/files (changes coming to that section for 11.2-U3 version of Guide)?
