hi, it's not my first time sending a bug report, but now i am unable to do it because "Incorrect username or password" at first I tried my https://redmine.ixsystems.com login, but it didn't work so to make sure i had the good password i logout from https://redmine.ixsystems.com and log back in without a problem so i had the good credential in mind. then i tried my root credential... not working then my email for redmine... not working. I tried to permute capitale and lowercase in the username, permute password. I even tried to to that in legacy UI with the same result. The only thing i have not yet tried is a reboot because i am unloading file to the NAS for the next 6 hours( 41 gig from the internet)

in short i tried the following username and password et did all possible permutation:

username:
root
ixsystems forums
redmine.ixsystems
3 different email

password:
root pass
ixsystems forums pass
redmine.ixsystems pass

If you haven't logged into bugs.ixsystems.com since the Jira migration, you will need to reset your password there first.

Can you ping bugs.ixsystems.com from that FreeNAS system?

Weird. Go ahead and create the ticket directly on Jira. Once U4 becomes available, please let us know if submitting throught the Support page remains an issue for you.

I updated to 11.2-U4 and it is still not working. I filed a bug report manually about that
https://jira.ixsystems.com/browse/NAS-101676
I wasn't able to extract a debug file manually, i'm not sure how to do it with the CLI.

just to be sure... there's not chance that this is because i run the old ZFS pool version?

It's more likely that you haven't reset your password in Jira yet. While the migration from Redmine to Jira kept all of the existing accounts, it requires the user to reset their password the first time they log into Jira. See https://www.ixsystems.com/community/threads/jira-migration-is-complete.75395/#post-523956 for details.

you already told me that on that thread april 18 and I reset it on april 18 then the error "invalid username or password" went away. NOW, it is a different error. I also was able to extract a debug file and post it on the bug report i manually created
