Unable to install latest FreeNas 11.2-U2.1

I am newbie to FreeNas and trying to install FreeNAS 11.2-U2.1. Downloaded FreeNAS-11.2-U2.1.iso and when I try burn iso image to USB using refus, it is coping iso image to usb device but at the end windows doesn't recognize my usb device. Also if I try to install using this usb device it is not loading. I also tried burning iso image into CD and with CD it is loading the installer but failing after few seconds. I tried create install CD and USB multiple times and not successful yet.

I also tried FreeNAS 11.1-U7 with no success!

FYI, my hardware meets all the requirements as per the below link:

Make sure to run Diskpart with "disk wipe" command on USB key before using Rufus. Previous Grub or other type of partition can prevent proper booting of Freenas installer.

Thank you Apollo for your response. I am able to install FreeNas 11.2-U2.1 with DVD media, USB and CD medias doesn't work for me.
